Distinguish between wet and dry areas

The distinction between wet and dry areas is important for pool cleaning. A dry area means that it has little or no contact with pool water. The water affects which products you can use, and therefore how you can approach cleaning.

The best way to clean depends on the volume of pool water

Wet areas or spaces are areas that are exposed to pool water that contain chlorine or other bacteria-killing compounds. As a result, probiotic cleaners will no longer be able to be used. This water contains chlorine, meaning probiotic cleaners can no longer be used. Areas exposed to pool water will also suffer from much more limescale buildup. Wet areas are not only exposed to issued caused by water, they are also more susceptible to oily scum. As a result, it's a good idea to alternate between a limescale remover and a degreaser. Fortunately, dry areas are easier to deal with, and you're free to choose which product to use. Regardless, we still strongly recommend probiotic cleansers like Synbio for these spaces. These products continue to have an impact even after you've cleaned, and they are highly environmentally friendly to boot.
