PFS GROUP acquires Clean Solutions Group Belgium, giving it back the Seifar name and family
Antwerp-based PFS GROUP acquired Clean Solutions Group Belgium on Tuesday 22 October 2024. The Lokeren-based producer of cleaning products for the institutional market was known under the name Seifar until four years ago.
Pioneer in sustainability
Seifar is highly regarded in the field of sustainability. It was one of the first producers in Belgium to obtain EU Ecolabel licenses. Additionally, the production site meets the highest environmental standards.
Luc Bresseleers, CEO of PFS GROUP, explains: "It has long been our ambition to invest in our own production facility. Thanks to Seifar, we are now realizing that dream and can sharpen our focus on innovation and sustainability. This marks a new milestone for PFS GROUP. Seifar will continue to produce for our subsidiaries BOMA, Greenspeed and Bielen Produkten, and will maintain its trusted service to existing customers."
Daughter in charge
Myrte Ruymaekers, daughter of the founding family with a strong background in Research & Development, will henceforth lead the company, providing a familiar face for Seifar's current employees.
